Dear Mr. Denton:
ULNRC-lll3 DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT, UNIT 1 GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT OF RETROSPECTIVE PREMIUMS 10 CFR 140.21 Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 140.21, Union Electric Company transmits the attached cash flow projection to satisfy the guarantee of payment of retrospective premiums required by said requirement.
This statement covers 1984 (actual) and 1985 (estimate) and shows that a cath flow of $10 million can be generated and would be available for payment of retrospective premiums within three months after submission of a statement, if necessary.
It is Union Electric's intent to make this report in the future on an annual calendar year basis.
A follow-up report, covering actual data for 1985 and projecting calendar year 1986, will be submitted by April 30, 1986.
