Dear Mr. Clements:
At your request, I am enclosing a copy of the security contentions jointly filed by the State of New York and Suffolk County on April 1, 1985.
The contentions contain safeguards
-information and thus were restricted in their distribution.
Pursuant to the Miller Board's August 17, 1984 Protective Order, service was limited to each Licensing Board member, designated counsel for LILCO and the NRC Staff, and Mrs. Ine: Bailey, Chief, Records Service Branch, Division of Technical Information and Document Control, Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
In the future, we will also make service upon the Docketing and Ser-vice Section, Office of the Secretary, Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
