- For your information, we have been informed by a Kenion I staft person that the NEC does not require the licensee to provide the names o! deceased patien*s in mases such as referenced in your FOIA request.
NRC's concern in such matters is to assure that the licensee conform to the regulatcry process by taking tM coi rective actions adk essed in the confirmatory action letter.
This htermination may be appealed to the Executive Director for Operations, C S. % clear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555, and should clearly state on the envelope and in the letter that it is an " Appeal fro: an initial FOIA decision."
