Program Action Plan (Revision 3)
To implement the conclusions of the Mark I Owners Group regarding Decision Point #3, it was necessary to revise the Mark I Containment Program. To properly document the modified Program, a revision to the Program Action Plan is required.
Revision 3 of the Program Action Plan has been transmitted to the NRC by CE via L J Sobon's letter to V Stello, dated February 15, 1978.
Revision 3 of the Program Action Plan should be included on the Monticello docket.
