Pursuant to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 9 552) and to the lluclear Regulatory Commission's (11RC) policios and regulations (10 C.F.R. Part 9, Subpart A), I request a copy of the following documents:

All records, (,ocumentation, etc. of the last two Region 1 Senior Management Meetings concerning Millstone Units 1, 2,
and 3 end the lladdam Ifeck Plant; and 2.
All inputs to the most recent (spring 1992)
SALP reports concerning Millstone Units 1,
2, and 3 and the Haddam 11ock Plant which discuss what ratings should be given.
I would appreciate your prompt response within ten (10) working days of the recolpt of this request, as provided by 10 C.F.R. Part 9 and the 11RC's policies.
