You are hereby commanded to appear at the hearing to be held in Courtroom 4 on the seventh floor of the United States Federal Court-house, 316 North Roberts Street, St. Paul, Minnesota,,on the 28th day i
of April,1970, at 10:00 o' clock in the forenoon, said hearing pertaining to the proposed issuance to Northern States Power Company of a pro-visional operating license for its Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, Unit 1, and to bring with you to produce as evidence at said hearing

Section 2.720(f) of the Commission's Rules of Practice provides i
as follows:
"(f) On motion made promptly, and in any event at or before the time specified in the subpoena for compliance by the person to whom the subpoena.is directed, and on notice to the party at whose instance the subpoena was is-sued, the presiding officer, or if he is unavailable, the Commission may (1) quash or modify the subpoena if it is unreasonable or requires evidence not relevant to any matter in issue, or (2) condition denial of the motion on just and reasonable terms."
