Attached is a copy of the May 1985 Ohio EPA Discharge Monitoring Report for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station.
An exceedence for the month of May for Total Suspended Solids (TSS) was re-corded at Outfall 002 (Area Runoff). An exceedence notification regarding this situation was sent on May 5, 1985.
Also included is a corrected copy of Form EPA - 4500 for April 1985, Outfall 002 (Area Runoff). The NPDES Permit No. 2IB000ll*DD calls for the total non-filterable residue to be reported as a 30-day weighted average. This calculation would result in a concentration of 57 mg/l total non-filterable residue for this outfall, instead of the 48 mg/l which was previously reported.
