1992, Wisconsin Electric submitted Technical Specification Change Request 154, " Modifications to Technical Specifications sections 15.3.5 and 15.4.1."
This change proposes revisions to various tables in' Sections 15.3.5, " Instrumentation System," and 15.4.1,
" Operational Safety Review."
In order to make that change request an complete as possible, several items that were previously proposed in earlier change. requests were also included in Technical Specification Change Request 354.-
For this-reason, we request that Technical Specification Change Request 138,
" Instrumentation System Operating Conditions," dated March 30, 1990, and Technical Specification Change Request 140, " Steam Generator Overfill Protection," dated July 31, 1990 be withdrawn from the docket.
In conclusion, Wisconsin Electric believeu that the proposed withdrawal of these two change requests does not lessen-the significance of their proposed revisions.
