A response to Generic Letter 92 01 was providad on July 6, 1992,
and additional information was provided to the Staff in a letter dated December 21, 1992.
Consistent with telephone discussions held with the NRC Staff on January 13, 1
1993, Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPC0) is hereby providing additional information related to the upper shelf energy of the Haddam Neck Plant reactor vessel.
This informtion demonstrates that based on Charpy l
impact testing, the upper shelf energy for the Haddam Neck Plant reactor vessel remains ab1ve 50 ft-lbs through the end of licensed plant life.
