, Indemnity Agreement No. B-42, dated October 3, 1969, between Northern States Power Company and the Atomic Energy Cotsaission, is hereby amended as follows:
Item 4 of the Attactunent to the inder.nity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
Item 4 - Location That portion of the approximately 1325 acres of land owned by Northern States Power Company situated on the right bank of the Mississippi River in Wright County, Minnesota, known as the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, as shown on Figure 2-2-2 of Volume 1 of Northern States Power Company's Final Safety Analysis Report for the Monticello Plant.
