This is in response to your recent letter which we received in this office or.
March 26, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the 50-mile ingestion pathway map for the Davis-Besse nuclear power station, Ottawa County, Ohio.
In a telephone conversation on April 11, between you and Mrs. Sharon Hudson of my staff, you agreed to pay the charge of $90.00 for the map.
The requested map will be mailed to you under separate cover.
You will be billed for $90.00 by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Division of Accounting and Finance.
