On December 14, 1973, we submitted proprietary report NEDE-2017 9 describing the Monticello Segmented Test Rod Bundle. On January 15, 1974, we supplied a replacement page for Table 3-1 of that report.
On August 20, 1975, we submitted Addendum I to NEDE-20179. On July 18, 1977 we again supplied an updated page for Table 3-1 of the report to reflect changes planned for the next refueling outage.
Each of these submittals were provided to document changes made to the segmented t es t rod bundle within the scope of the initially described program.
During our Fall ' 78 outaBe, we intend to make another similar change.
We have, therefore, attached a replacement page f or Table 3-1 to maintain your files in a current status. The changes are being reviewed, do cume nt ed, and reported in accot93.-1 with 10CFR5 0.5 9.
As with the initial report, we req ues t lin, ed distribution of this information consis tent with proprietary inic,rma-tion procedures.
