NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-348/92-32 AND 50-364/92-32
This refers to the inspection conducted by N. G. McNeill on November 30
through December 4, 1992.
The inspection included a review of activities
authorized for your Farley facility.
At the conclusion of the inspection, the
findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the
report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of
activities in progress.
The enclosed Inspection Report 1dentifies activities that violated NRC
requirements that will not be subject to enforcement action because the
licensee's efforts in identifying and/or correcting the violation meet the-
criteria specified in Section VII.B of the Enforcement Policy.
In accordance with is '"I 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of
this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
