Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation U S Nuclear Regulatory Coc:nission Washington, DC 20555 FDNTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PIANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Safety-Relief Valve Surveillance Technical Specification Changes In a letter dated December 12, 1977 from Mr D K Davis, Acting Chief, Operating Reactors Branch #2, Division of Operating Reactors, we were re-quested to submit proposed revisions to our Technical Specifications on safety-relief valve surveillance. We were asked to complete this task within 30 days.
We are in the process of reviewing the model Technical Specifications pro-vided with Mr Davis's letter. We find, however, that we will be unable to complete this work within the allowed 30 days. We believe this work can be ccepleted, including submission of a License Amendment Request with the required proposed Technical Specification changes, by March 1,1978.
Please contact us if our schedule for complying with Mr Davis's request is not satisfactory.
