NUREG-0737 Item II.K.3.3 requires that challenges to safety and relief valves (SRVs) be reported on an annual basis. to this letter provides a report of challanges and failures as defined in Reference 1, occurring between January 1, 1984 and December 31, 1984.

- Valve serial no. 1052

- The top works ofcthe safety relief valve was removed during a mainte-nance outage because of-suspected pilot valve leakage.

It was sent to Wyle Laboratory for testing which showed pilot valve leakage and setpoint drift. This will be reported as a failure in the 1985 report which will contain details of the test results.
