Dear Mr. Miller:
Your requests for payment transmitted by References (a) and (o) have been reviewed. Commonwealth Edison Company agrees with your assessment.
Accordingly, a check for $4,850.00 is enclosed. The submittal of the required fees for Zion Station will receive closer review in the future, which should l
preclude a reoccurrence of this situation.
On a related matter, Reference (c) transmitted Commonwealth Edison Company's objection to the imposition of a fee for the submittal of Reference (d). We understand this issue to still be unresolved.
