On January 8,1985, members of the NRC staff and their consultants, Franklin Research Center (FRC) met with representatives of the District to discuss the Rancho Seco Living Schedule.

As a result of the meeting at Rancho Seco, the District received References 1 and 2. Reference 1 included a draft Technical Evaluation Report (TER) authored by FRC, while Reference 2 was a summary of the items discussed on January 8, 1985. Both references cited various items that the District would incorporate in Revision 2 of the proposed, Amendment No.106 "The Living Schedule Plan for Rancho Seco." T;1e District has incorporated these items and submitted proposed Amendment No.106 (Rev. 2) on April 25, 1985 (Reference 3).
