REQUEST TO WITHHOLD SECURITY INVESTIGATION TASK FORCE REPORT FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE We have reviewed your letter and affidavit dated December 17,1992, requesting that the NRC -

withhold your Jesurity Force Inynligation Task Force Report from public disclosure in accordance with the specifications of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 2.790 (10 CFR 2.790). We find that, while portions of the report would be clearly exempt from public-disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, other parts could not be withheld. Since the NRC has no need to maintain this' report relative to any current inspection or licensing matter, in accordance with your request we are returning the three copics that were previously provided for our review. From a December 29,1992, telephone discussion between Stanley LaBruna, Vice President-Nuclear Operations, and myself, we understand that this material will be retained by the licensee for NRC review, as necessary.
