Inservice Inspection (ISI) program for NRC review that is currently being Im alemented at the station. In accordance with the requirements of this program and Art cle IWA-6000 of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code 1983 Edition through and including the Summer,1983 Addenda)- Commonwealth Ed(ison i
submitting the report of the ISI performed at Unit 1 from May 19,1991 through-i November 3,1992. This report is required to be submitted within 90 days of the completion of a refueling outage. The Unit 1 refueling outage was completed on November 3,1992.
