Dear Mr. Mikowski:
This is in response to your letter dated August 21, 1984, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, the radioactive materials license applications with all supporting documentation and license amendment applications for four specified licensees.
-This confirms the-inforr.iation relayed in a conversation with a member of the Licensing Staff in our Region III office in which you clarified that the scope of your request is limited to only the application materials back to the last renewals of each license.
-Enclosed, as listed on Appendix A, are the documents responsive to your request.
The charge for reproducing (records not located in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) is seven cents $0.07) per page. Accordingly, the cost of producing the 270 pages is $18.90.
You will be billed for this amount by our Division of Accounting.
