Schedule for Hearing on Relocation Center
Dear Administrative Law Judges:
The public hearing on the use of the Nassau Coliseum as a reception center is now scheduled to begin June 4.
Because the FEMA witnesses will be unavailable that week (they will be par-l ticipating in an exercise at Oyster Creek), the parties would l
1 like to propose to the Board that the hearing commence Tuesday, l
June 25, 1985, instead.
We believe it would be better to have l
all the testimony at once, rather than hearing from LILCO and I
the Intervenors one week and FEMA another.
