Dear Sir,
I am a reporter with the Intelligencer Journal.
Under The Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting the following documents referenced in Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region I Inspection Report 50-277//85-11 involving the Peach Bottom nuclear plant, owned by Philadelphia Electric Co.
On page 15 of the report, under section 6.1 External Exposures, it says the licensee will submit external dose assessments to the NRC by Feb. 22.
The matter is referenced with the number 50-277//85-11-10.
On page 16 of the report, under section 6.2 Internal Exposures, it says the licensee will submit an assessment of the intake of radioactive particles by workers to the NRC by Feb. 26.
This matter is referenced with the number 50-277//85-11-11.
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting these licensee assessments and the NRC's review of them.
