Dear Messrs. Kohn and Condit:
This is in response to your letter of April 9, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), documents related to environmental, animal, and human effects of radioactive air emissions.
In a telephone conversation with Ms. Betty Wagman of my staff, you indicated that the request should be limited to studies related to potential effects of radioactive emissions in the Midland, Michigan, area.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has no records subject to this request.
