SEQUOYAH REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-327/92-302

This refers to the Nuclear Regulatoi, Commission administered requalification
examinations led by Ronald F. Aiello during the weeks of November 30 and
December 7, 1992.
These examinations were administered to employees of your
company who hold licenses to operate the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant.
At the
conclusion of the examination, the examination questions and preliminary
findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the
Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
The examination team found that the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant requalification
program is classified as satisfactory.
A Simulator Fidelity Report is
provided as Enclosure 2.
A copy of the written examination questions and
answer key, as noted in Enclosure 3, was provided to members of your training
staff at the conclusion of the examination.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
