to lead us through the items.
5 MR. CHILK:
The first item. Mr. Chairman, is SECY 6
85-1398 entitled " Revised Disposition of Hearing Request 7
Regarding Edlow International Nuclear Material License."
8 in this paper. the Commission is being asked to 9
respond to a request for a hearing on an application for 10 renewal of a material license by Edlow International Company 11 to store uranium hexafluoride and uranium ore concentrate as 12 its warehouse facility in St. Louis.
18 All Commissioners have approved an order that 14 dismisses the request for a hearing on the Edlow renewal of a 15 license as moot, since Edlow has now withdrawn its license 16 renewal request Would you please affirm your votes.

The second paper deals with SECY 85-158, 19 6t's a final amendment to 10 CFR Part O entatied " Conduct of 20 Employees."
Here, the Commission is bosng asked to approve 21 changes to the CFR Part O to codify the NRC*s regulation 1
22 provisions of the Ethics and Government Act relating to the 23 reporting of financial assets by senior officials, as well as 24 several other amendments relating to employee conduct 25 All Commissioners have approved the rule change

which was attached to our memorandum of June 12th.

MR. CHILK:
The third is SECY 85-173, it's the 5
delegation of FOIA appeal functions to the Secretary of the 6
Comm6ssion in which the Commission is being asked to approve a 7
rule change to 10 CFR part 9 which would delegate authority to 3
the Secretary of the Commission to deny Freedom of Information 9
Act appeals.
The Secretary is to act only after receiving the r
10 concurrence of the Office of General Counsel.
