Dear Mr. Grimsley:
Pursuant to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C.
552) and to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) policies and regulations (10 C.F.R. Part 9, Subpart A). I-request a copy of the following documents:
1.
All records, documentation, etc. of the last two Region 1 Senior Management Meetings concerning Millstone Units 1,
2, and 3 and the Haddam Neck Plant; and 2.
All inputs to the most recent (spring 1992) SALP reports concerning Millstone Units 1,
2, and 3-and the Haddam Neck Plant which discuss what ratings should be given.
I would appreciate your prompt response within ten (10) working days of the receipt of this request, as provided-by 10 C.F.R. Part 9 and the NRC's policies.
I agree to pay such fees as required under 10 C.F.R. 5 9.33 gt sea. for the search, review, and provision of such records.
Please advise me in advance if it is believed that these fees will exceed $50.00.
