- 2. I received a MSNE from MIT in 1972, and have practiced engineering in the field of Nuclear Engineering for 20 years. A detailed _ curriculum vitae is attached.~
- 3. The FSAR assumptions used in_ determining the offsite radiological consequences following a postulated design basis spent fuel pool- accident at Millstone Unit No.- 2 bound any use of the spent fuel pool allowed by Amendment No. 158 to the Hillstone Unit No. 2 technical specifications.
- 4. .The off ite radiological consequences resulting from -the postulated design -
basis spent fuel pool accidents at Millstone Unit No. 2 are not affected by the provisions associated with Amendment No. -158 to the Millstone Unit No. 2 technical : specifications. The offsite' doses associated with these accidents remain within the-acceptable small fraction of 10CFR100 limits.
