Babcock &.Wilcox has received an invoice, Number AM02009-92, dated August 24,1992 for the amount of $62,950.00 covering the annual fee for License Number 0135. The assessment was based on the designated annual fee category 10B (1) for manufacturers and users. It is our contention that this~ is not an accurate licensee classification and hereby request to have the category changed to 108 (2),~ User only.
