REVIEW 0F REVISION 16 TO THE DAVIS-BESSE EMERGENCY PLAN We have received Revision 16 to the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station's Emergency Plan dated December 1992. We have reviewed Revision 16 and have determined that it is acceptable and that it does not degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning.
Revision 16 included several minor changes to the emergency action levels used to classify events as emergencies. References to.the former satellite technical support center were deleted.
References to 10 CFR Part 20 were updated.
Information on telecommunications equipment was updated.
Several clarifications were.made regarding the public information program and offsite notification provisions. Two more assembly areas were designated in the owner controlled area.
Several figures were updated.
Revision 16 also included new information on the post accident monitoring system and the provisions for offsite analyses of post accident samples.
