LETTER FROM NEW REGARDING ALLEGATION RI-89-A-0072 As I alerted Mr Brady via telephone on May 31, 1990, I received the enclosed letter from NEMA to Mr. Brach via RIOS. External distribution to NRC POR is indicated.
This seems clearly inappropriate in that it results in unnecessary disclosure of the identity of the alleger in RI-89-A-0072.
I recommend you review this matter and develop appropriate corrective actions, both for this case and to prevent future sirilar occurrences.
