We have received your letter dated December 3.1992, which transmitted changes to the Fort Calhoun Radiological Emergency Rasponse Plan.
The plan revision was submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and includes new population totals and a revised evacuation time study for the Emergency Planning Zone and revised emergency broadcast messages.
Your submittal also included some changes to your Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures.
We have reviewed the changes to the Radiological Emergency Response Plan and determined that they are acceptable and do not decrease the effectiveness of your enicrgency planning for the Fort Calhoun Station.
We noted that the transmittal letter of the plan change indicated that the enclosed Section J includes privacy information.
Section J is stamped to indicate that it contains proprietary information which may not be released to the public document room. On January 5, 1993, Dr. D. Blair Spitzberg of our staff contacted your Mr. Owen Clayton, Supervisor of Emergency Planning to inquire into the specific information considered to be private and/or proprietary. Mr. Clayton indicated that these notations were errors and that the plan section submitted contained no proprietary or private information and should not be withheld from the public document room.
