We find the clarifications and additional changes in the subject letter and attachment thereto to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the Plan.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
