Enclosed is Revision 2 to Technical Speci0 cation Chane,e Request (TSCR) No. 67 and Recovery Operations Plan Change Request (ROPCR) No. 46 which requests amendment to Opemting License No. DPR-73.
This revision to TSCR 67/ROPCR 46 proposes to change the requirements for quanerly dose assessment and semi-annual radioactive efnuent release reponing to an annual reporting in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.36a(a)(2) made effective October 1,1992.
Accordingly, the next TMI 2 quanerly dose assessment and semi-annual radioactive efuuent release repon scheduled for hiarch 1,1993 will represent the Onal quarterly and semi-annual trponing. The first Annual Ef0uent Release Report will be submitted on or before h! arch 1, 1994 pursuant to the revised mie.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Ceni0cate of Service for proposed TSCR 67 and ROPCR 46, Revision 2.
