Page 2 of report, Table 1 - The report date for Brunswick should be

Page 3 of report, 2nd paragraph. Contrary to what is stated, Dresden was 4
in a period of organizational transition at the time of their evaluation.

Page 5 of report, Table 3 - One additional root cause for performance problems may be added:
inadequate communication.

Since Attachments 1 and 2 are illustrative examples of findings and responses, and are not verbatim statements from ins clarification that the findings and responses are "pection reports, selective and not complete" would be helpful.
