Areas Inspected: Licensee action on previous inspection findings. The inspection involved 8 inspector-hours on site by a region-based inspector.

Results: The licensee was in compliance with NRC requirements in the areas examined during the inspection.

2. 30703 - Exit Interview The inspector met with the licensee. representative (denoted in paragraph

1) at the conclusion of the inspection on May 10, 1985, and summarized the scope and findings of the inspection. At no time during the inspection was written material provided to the licensee by the inspector.

3. 92701 - Licensee Action on Previous Inspection Findings (Closed) Violation (83-04-01) - Contrary to portions of the requirements of Section 6 of the licensee's Decontamination Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan, 10 CFR 70.53(a)(1), and 10 CFR 70.54(a), the licensee failed to issue and record in the general ledger certain NRC Form 741 transactions. Also, the licensee failed to submit Material Status Reports (NRC Form-742) for three material balance periods.

The inspector reviewed the licensee's response letter dated September 13, 1983 and determined that all transactions had been recorded in the general ledger and all required NRC Forms 741 and 742 had been issued.

The licensee was in the process of reconciling their physical inventory balance with NMMSS at Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
