Certificate of Compliance No. 5908 for the Model No. DOT-SM Type B packaging has expired.
Accordingly, the use of this packaging under the general license provisions of 10 CFR 5 71.12 and 49 CFR S 173.471 is no longer authorized.
Please note that records required by 10 CFR 5 71.91 are to be retained for a period of three years.
Also note that Babcock and Wilcox Company, the previous certificate holder, is developing a new package de>.ign to replace the packaging previously authorized ;-j Certificate of Compliance No. 5908.
The new design is under review.
