S 2.714a, have filed befor'a the Commission a notice of appeal of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's December 15, 1992 Memorandum and Order, LBP-92-37, in which the Licensing Board denied their intervention petition and terminated the proceeding.

See Appeal of Atomic Safety and Licansing Board Memorandum and Order (December 30, 1992). The petitioners, pursuant to 10 C.F.R.

S 2.711(a), have also filed a motion for extension of time in which to file their brief in support of their notice of appeal. The petitioners have informed the Commission that the other parties (Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff and Texas Utilities Electric Company) do not object to the grant of an  ;
