CONTAINMENT MODEL TEST The first model test, of an unreinforced, unpenetrated shell, was performed at Sandia National Laboratories on April 21, 1983.

(Enclosure 1 shows the sequence of three small steel models to be tested this spring and summer).

A " quick look" report has been prepared and is given as Enclosure 2.

A more complete report will be prepared after the test data are reduced and will be sent to you at that time.
