SUMMARY
- On May 21,1985 (50 FR 20889), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission published an interim rule change conforming the definition of " meeting" in its Government in the Sunshine Act regulations to guidance contained in a recent Supreme Court decision. The notice provided a 30-day period for public comment on whether the interim rule change should be made final. Two interested parties having requested a two-week extension of time, based on the significance of the issues involved and other factors, the NRC has decided to extend the coment period by 15 days, to July 5,1985.

The extended coment period expires Ju'ly 5,1985. Comments received after that date will be considered if it is practical to do so, but assurance of consideration cannot be given except as to comments received on or before that date.
