Dear Sir:
C: firm represents Westinghouse Electric Corporation in the above referenced litigation.
In order to develop information that will ;.asist Westinghouse in this case, we wish to make a request under the authority of the Freedom of Information Act,
-5 United States Code S 552, and 10 Code of Federal Regulations S 9.23 for certain documents in the possession of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
This request is.for-all documents concerning the NRC Inspection of MCCB Adjustment Procedures at Susquehanna Steam Electric Station--NRC Docket No. 50-387/388, and including, but not limited'to, File No. RI-89-A-0072..
In addition to all-documents relating to the Report issued by Region I of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on March 6, 1990 following its Inspection of-Susquehanna Units 1 and 2 on January 22 through 26, 1990-(hereinafter the " Report"), we wish to obtain copies of any and all subsequent reports, notes, investigations, or dissenting opinions issued by anyone at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission

These documents would include correspondence to or from parties outside the Nuclear Regulatory Commission regarding the Report, as well as any reports or notes made by Commission personnel regarding any visits to or discussions with any companies that manufacture molded case circuit breakers ("MCCB's"), including Westinghouse, regarding the procedures followed at the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station.
We will, of course, reimburse you for the search and copy costs associated with this request, as specified in 10 Code of Federal Regulations SS 9.33 et. seg.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you require any additional information in order to comply with this request.
