In accordance with the provisions of 5 U.S.C.
S 551 et s e q._,
commonly known as the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request a copy of the-most recent preliminary draft of the-environmental impact statement being. prepared for the -above-referenced facility, as well an any and all' documents pertaining in any way to said draf t including, but not limited to, all comments made by employees of -the Nuclear Regulatory Commission regarding said draf t.
The term " document" means all correspondence, electronic mail messages, memoranda,- reports,-notes, and any other writings or documents which are under the L
control of or _in the possession of any office of the j

If you determine that my request for information-cannot be sent free of charge, I request that I be notified immediately of the reasons for such a determination, and that I be given an estimate of the cost that will be involved, prior j;o any copying.

Please be advised that I do not believe that the requested information falls within any of the exemptions to disclosure contained in the Freedom of Information Act.
