ACCEPTANCE OF CHANCES TO THE OPERATIONAL QUAllTY ASSURANCE PROGRAM FOR WATERFORD 3 STEAM ELECTRIC STATION We have reviewed the changes addressed in Revision 2.0 to your quality program description for Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station submitted by your Letter W3fl92-0218, dated December 16, 1992. We find that the changes to your quality assurance program description (i.e., Quality Assurance Program Manual) meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B and are acceptable.
We also acknowledge that this document supersedes Chapter 17.2 of your Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) which was deleted in the enclosed Revision 6 of your TSAR.
