This is in ~ response to your letter dated April 21, 1981 in which you requested, pursuant-.to the Freedom of Information Act, a list of all documents comprising "the record" in the CLI-80-21 proceeding.
As.you had discussed with Mr. Isaacs on the telephone, a copy of the.
docket file inventory, entitled "In the Matter of: Union of Concerned Scientists'. Petition for Emergency and Remedial Action," is enclosed.
