Dear Congressman i.ujan:
.Thank you for you* letter of May 19, 1981, on benalf of your constituent Joesph Jolly of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, who raentions recent reports concerning the accident at Three Mile Island Unit 2.
As you know, there were numerous reports by various task forces and congressional committees which investigated the TMI accident.
It is unclear

from Mr. Jolly's letter which of these he has in mind.
The Comission itself appointed a Special Inquiry Group headec by Washington attorney Mitchell Rogovin.
I am enclosing for Mr. Jolly's information a copy of the final report of the Special Inquiry Group.
