As we discussed on the telephone recently, Cygna is interested in reviewing the concrete expansion anchor test data being collected by EPRI as part of the SeismicQualificationUtilityGroup(SQUG)equipmentqualificationprogram.

Cygna is currently performing an independent design review of Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (CPSES) for Texas Utilites. We believe that this data may be useful in assessing design margins for existing anchorages at CPSES.

This request has been approved by Texas Utilities.
