APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S.
- Nuclear, Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests:that the technical specifications set forth-in Appendix
-A to-these-licenses be amended to allow steam generator tube _ sleeving in accordance with-the Westinghouse and the Babcock and _Wilcox-processes.
The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A-1 and A-2 to_this Application.
A safe _ty' analysis and-

significant hazard evaluation-are set.-forth in. Attachment-B.
Typed _ replacement pages for the technical-specifications are'includedi in _ Attachments C-1 and C-2.
Based on-the guidance provided by the-
-Commission, the-proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that -Appendix-A to these operating licenses be amended in'the-form attached hereto as Attachtaent A-1 and A-2.
