On 1.tay 27, 1981, a conference call took place amonf part les of this proceeding concerning various stipulations and their effects on the hearing schedule.

As Mr. M111e r initiated the call,us Cansu..w rc attorney, he began by relating certain information to Jud c Ecchhoefer.

0 lie began by discussing the FA sipulation which the staff and Consumers have been working on.

He said that Mr. Xeppler, as n result of his rece,nt inspection at the site, now " has reasonabic assurance" th:: t that the remediation can now go forward. He went on to indicLte the (A stipulation would be finalized ( 1 am not sure of the exact wording he used here) In the next day or so and presented orally to the r oard,and other parties "for the1r inform:.tton".
