@FF(C G[Cyglg 0C BRANCH NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO LRP-85-15 On May 3, 1985, the Licensing Board issued its Fourth Partial Initial Decision in the THI-1 Restart proceeding, L8P-85-15, 21 NRC In that decision, the Licensing Board ordered Licensee to prepare a proposed plan for evaluating licensed operators in the job setting, to submit that plan to the parties, and to seek their approval of the plan.

As set forth in the attached affidavit of Dr. Julius J. Persensky, the Staff has reviewed Licensee's proposed plan and finds it acceptable.
