i notice is hereby given that a copy of a report entitled " Applicant's i
Environmental Report -- Plutonium Tuci Plant," submitted by Kerr-McGee Corporation and dated November 1971, is being placed for public inspection in the Commission's Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, 8.V.,
Washington, D.C.

A copy of the report is also being placed for public inspection in the Oklahoma State Clearinghouse, Office of Community Affairs and Planning 507 Will Rogers Buf1 ding, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 83105, and in the Carnegie Library, 402 East Oklahoma Street, Guthrie, Oklahoma 73044.
The report discusses environmental considerations involved in the operation by Kerr-Mccce Corporation of its plutonium fuci plant located in Logan County, Oklahoma.
Comments on the report may be submitted i
by interested persons to the Director, Division of Materials Licensing, U. S. Atomic Energy conmission, Washington, D.C.

.2-After the report has been reviewed by the Commission's reguintory staff, a Draft Detailed Statement on environmental considerations related to the licensed activity will be prepared. Upon completion of the Draf t Detailed Statement, the Commission will, among other things, cause to be published in the FEDERAL REGISTER a summary notice of the availability of the Applicant's Environmental Report anri the Draft Detailed Statement. The sumary notice will request, within thirty (30) days or such longer period as the Commission may determine to be practicabic, comments from interested persons on the proposed action and on the Draft Detailed Statement. The sumary notice will also contain a statement to the oflect that the comments of the Federal agencies and State and local officials thereon will be made available when received.
