COOPER NUCLEAR STATION SAFEGUARDS PLAN This acknowledges the receipt of your letter dated November 24, 1992, by which you transmitted Revision 29 to the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan for your facility.
We reviewed the changes in the letter and attachments and found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, your proposed changes are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
